Private beta · Free · Limited spots
BioCompass reads your lab results from any lab, lines up every marker on one timeline, and tells you what each one means for your health and what to do next. You did the test. We do the reading.

Your whole panel · one number
Blood Age folds your entire panel into a single number — and shows the top three things that would move it most, ranked by impact. The complexity is still there; you just don't have to hold it in your head.

The read · with sources
Not "abnormal: see a doctor." The actual read: where a number should be, why it's drifting, what it's connected to, and what's known to move it. Every recommendation links to its source, so you can check the logic instead of trusting a black box.

The direction · not the snapshot
Every panel folds into one timeline, in consistent units, so the slow drift a single report hides becomes obvious. A recheck schedule keeps it honest, so nothing important quietly slips for another year.
How it works
Any lab. Drag it in. No retyping, no manual entry.
Pulled off the page into consistent units, no matter the source.
What it is, where you want it, which way it's trending, what moves it.
Watch a number settle or climb. Never start from zero again.
Why it matters
Most problems are visible years before anyone calls them one. "Normal" just hides the drift.
Lab ranges are built to flag disease, not to tell you where you should be. The information that could change your next ten years is probably already in your inbox — you just can't read it yet.
Not a chatbot
Fair question. We use AI too. The difference is what it runs on.
| Generic AI chatbot | BioCompass | |
|---|---|---|
| Your full history | Yes, but it can forget something | Every panel, one timeline |
| What a marker means | Only if you prompt it right | A plain read on every one |
| Results interpretation | Generic, unsourced | Evidence-based, linked to the sources |
| Hallucinations | From time to time | Never |
| Can you trust it? | No | Yes. That's the point. |
Who it's for
You track your sleep, your training and your macros — but your bloodwork still lives as loose PDFs in three different apps. You don't need to be sick. You need the full picture and the trend, not a yearly snapshot you forget by lunch.
Your data, your rules
We treat it that way — by default, not as a setting you have to find.
FAQ
No. Test wherever you already do, then upload the PDF. We don't run labs and we don't replace yours — we read what you already paid for.
Any lab that gives you a PDF or printout. We support the most common report formats at launch and add more constantly.
No. BioCompass explains your results and shows the evidence, so you understand your own numbers and have a sharper conversation with your doctor. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician. Anything that looks concerning goes to a medical professional.
